Situated just two and half miles from the picturesque fishing village of Craster, Seaview is a charming single-storey cottage on a working farm with direct access to the Northumberland Coast Path. The cottage is bright, spacious, and well-equipped, while the large garden with wonderful sea views is fully enclosed so ideal for families with children or dogs. From the cottage it’s possible to see pods of dolphins swimming by and enjoy the spectacular sunrises the area is renowned for.

The farm is home to cattle with herds of Limousin and Charolais cows which can be seen grazing in the surrounding fields.

Craster is renowned for its seafood in particular oak smoked kippers, and The Jolly Fisherman, an award-wining gastropub serving delicious home-cooked meals and beautifully kept ales in a historic setting. The village is also home to a beautiful nature reserve, an arts and crafts gallery, and a picturesque harbour with views of the ruined Dunstanburgh Castle in the distance.

The cottage is well placed as a base for exploring the Northumbrian coast’s towns and beaches including Alnmouth, Alnwick, Bamburgh, and Embleton Bay which are all just a short drive away.

Seahouses can be reached in around 20 minutes. From its harbour boat trips depart to the Farne Islands where thousands of seabirds including puffins gather each spring, and Lindisfarne with its ancient priory and fairytale castle.
