The cottage is an excellent base for exploring the area, with beautiful countryside all around and the stunning Northumberland coastline, with its many sandy beaches, quaint fishing villages, and nature reserves, just a short drive away. A wide range of castles, stately homes, Roman ruins, and other fascinating attractions are all within easy reach, while golf and horse riding are available nearby.
