Despite its rural setting, the property is just three miles from the coast, with sea views visible from the main bedroom. Outside, you'll find a delightful garden with a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining while enjoying the beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

There are plenty of scenic walks right from the doorstep, and the nearby town of Criccieth is well worth a visit. Spend the day exploring its medieval castle, pebbled beach, and a variety of independent shops. A short drive will take you to Snowdonia National Park, where you can enjoy activities such as hiking and mountain climbing, or discovering its caves, waterfalls, and picturesque villages. A little further afield lies the island of Anglesey, a haven for nature lovers. Here you can spot marine mammals such as seals and dolphins, a rich variety of birdlife including puffins and other seabirds, and a thriving population of red squirrels in Newborough Forest.
