A beautifully presented single-storey barn conversion set on a working farm along the Robin Hood Way. Elegant interiors blend seamlessly with original features, including vaulted ceilings, timber beams, and exposed brick walls. Underfloor heating and a wood burning stove keep things cosy on cooler days, while floor-to-ceiling windows frame lovely countryside views and fill the space with natural light.

The farm, which has been in the same family for generations, is home to a suckler herd of pedigree Shorthorn cattle. Managed with sustainability in mind, the owners have planted new hedgerows, restored historic orchards, and introduced wildflower meadows. Numerous footpaths and green lanes begin right on the doorstep, making it ideal for exploring the surrounding landscape.

Nearby attractions include the market town of Southwell, known for its impressive 14th-century Minster, as well as Sherwood Forest and Rufford Country Park. The Peak District National Park can also be reached in under an hour.

Within the village, the family runs a farm shop stocked with their pasture-fed beef, local and homegrown fruit and vegetables, seasonal produce, and homemade cakes, scones, and sausage rolls. A pub is within walking distance, though a car is recommended for most other amenities.
