Located on their working beef farm, the owners have worked hard to make sure these terraced barns have a traditional farmhouse feel, which is in keeping with the site, and all are well equipped to provide a great base for your holiday.

Keen fisherman will enjoy the on-site lakes and ponds, and fishing is included in your stay so there are no supplements to pay; also included is access to the children’s play area so you really won’t have to venture too far to have a great holiday. If you can tear yourself away, you will find yourself in Wells-next-the-Sea in just under half an hour. Here there is a lovely mix of artisan and traditional seaside shops, restaurants, cafés, pubs and amusements. There is also a narrow gauge railway that takes you to the gorgeous wide, sandy beach and a much photographed quay. Equidistant is the bustling coastal market town of Sheringham, with Sheringham Park, North Norfolk Railway and two museums.

Head along the coast and visit Cromer with its famous Edwardian seafront and pier. Travel east or west along this stunning coastline and you will find a chain of pretty seaside towns and villages offering marshes, beaches and quays. Make time for a trip to the medieval city of Norwich, with its splendid Norman castle, museums and guided ghost walks. Go shopping in the Norwich Lanes, alleyways of colourful independent shops, and then enjoy a meal, perhaps before taking in a show at one of the theatres. Norwich is just a 30-minute drive but there are also very good park and ride links.
