Head along the beach to the picturesque fishing village of Craster for a rewarding drink and seafood meal. Try the coastal path from Low Newton to stunning Beadnell Bay and for a shorter walk, head to Low Newton itself and treat yourselves to a drink and lunch at the beach pub there. For golfers, there is a simply beautiful course at nearby Dunstanburgh to enjoy.
Access to the cottage is from the garden with a small step into the open-plan kitchen/diner and sunroom The kitchen has everything you need to make your meals, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and there is also a washer/dryer. Sit together at the dining table and after dinner, wander into the sunroom with additional comfortable seating where you can relax overlooking the garden and sand dunes through the French doors. Head into the spacious lounge with more comfortable sofas and an electric wood burner effect fire set in a stone fireplace for an evening in catching up on your favourite TV shows on the Smart TV. You will find the generous master bedroom just off the lounge with a double bed and a dressing table. You can watch the TV from bed if you like a lie-in too. The bathroom with bath and WC is just off the lounge where you can enjoy a bubble bath after a day exploring the area. The second bedroom is a light and airy twin room with en-suite shower room with WC is located off the sun room affording each bedroom plenty of privacy. This room enjoys lovely views towards the play area and the countryside beyond and has plenty of storage space for your things.
Outside, there is a delightful enclosed garden with a table and chairs for alfresco dining. You are bound to spot some colorful bird life in the garden and in and around the dunes and the dark sky at night means you can lose yourself in some relaxing stargazing. Shared children's play area with swings, slide and climbing frame. There is private off-road parking to the side of the cottage for two cars and for any additional cars, there is free parking onsite nearby.
