Spanning 110 acres, Bogee Farm is home to sheep, cows, and two pet goats. Guests are welcome to walk through the farmland and those who visit in spring will have the chance to meet new born lambs.

Bodmin Moor is a 40 minute drive away, known for its rugged landscape, granite tors, prehistoric landmarks, free roaming ponies, and myths and legends. Hike to Brown Willy and Rough Tor, Cornwall’s highest peaks, stop by the 18th century Jamaica Inn made famous in Daphne du Maurier’s novel of the same name, and pose for a photograph by the Cheesewring, an impressive natural geological formation of stacked granite rocks.
Beach lovers will be spoilt for choice with wide sandy bays, secret coves, and picturesque coastal villages all within easy reach.
The harbour town of Padstow is just ten minutes away. Wander its narrow streets, watch fishing boats bob in the harbour, and browse artisan shops and galleries. Food lovers are well catered for with everything from traditional Cornish pasties and fresh local seafood to acclaimed dining destinations such as Rick Stein’s and Paul Ainsworth’s restaurants.
Wadebridge is a busy market town, that marks the start of The Camel Trail. famous for its 15th century bridge. It has a good range of independent shops and places to eat, as well as a supermarket, and also hosts The Royal Cornwall Show, the county’s premier agricultural event.
