Welcome to The Big Old Dairy, a fabulous holiday home sleeping up to sixteen people, suitable for all ages to enjoy a fabulous family holiday or celebrations! From family suites to a fabulous arctic cabin and hot tub, The Big Old Dairy really does have it all.
Starting at the top, on the first floor you will find your two family suites set either side of the oak staircase. To the left you have the first bedroom which has a double bed, two single beds and a spacious en-suite with central roll top slipper bath to sink into and relax! On the right of the staircase is the second family room with double bed and two singles. Back on the ground floor, you will find four more bedrooms, one king, a twin and two king beds that can split into twins on request, there are three bathrooms on the ground floor, two with walk-in showers and one with spa bath that has a shower over.
The communal areas of this stunning property are fabulous. The large kitchen has everything you’ll need. The wonderful breakfast bar is the perfect spot to relax with drinks while meals are being prepared! The large dining room seats sixteen on a long table, a fabulous place to gather around for a meal at any time of day. Highchairs are also available on request free of charge. The spacious living room with underfloor heating has large comfortable sofas to sink into while the log fire crackles away; from here the living room opens up into the games room, a real fun area with a pool table, and even a beer fridge. The pool table has a solid cover, making it multi-use for suppers, board games or laying out a grazing platter for snacks! Outside is just as enchanting as inside. The cobbled courtyard houses the six-person cedar sauna, an invigorating cold bucket shower, barbecue area, chimenea, and a wonderful hot tub.
Another exciting feature of The Big Old Dairy is the gorgeous arctic cabin with centralised grill, a stunning chillout space to really escape and relax in. If you can bear to drag yourself away, local attractions include family entertainment at Weston-super-Mare and Brean, Wookey Hole, Cheddar with its famous caves and gorge, the beautiful cathedral city of Wells, Bath, and Glastonbury Tor visible from the top road. Golf and fishing lakes nearby. Why not hire a bicycle and join the Strawberry Line? The local award-winning pub is only 2 minutes walk away which is dog friendly
