A stone-built, 17th century former coach house offers a warm and welcoming home-from-home, set on a working arable farm.
Nestled at the foot of Appuldurcombe Down, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the cottage is surrounded by open fields where sheep graze. The area has plenty of footpaths and bridleways, perfect for exploring the countryside and spotting local wildlife, including buzzards, skylarks, red squirrels, owls, woodpeckers, and badgers.
Just a short distance away lies the picturesque village of Godshill, famed for its historic church, thatched cottages, and a delightful selection of tea rooms, restaurants, and pubs.
Distances are calculated “as the crow flies”, so actual driving, cycling, and walking distances may differ.
