The shop also has a traditional butchery, stocking beef from the farm’s own Aberdeen Angus herd alongside locally sourced free-range pork, lamb and chicken. Sausages, burgers and black pudding are all made on site by the shop’s butcher. Sourcing the best of British meat, poultry and game, the friendly master butchers are always on hand to offer advice on the tastiest cuts and how best to prepare them. The deli counter holds around 50 varieties of local, national and international cheeses, including bespoke celebration cheese cakes, alongside British charcuterie and homemade pies and pasties.
