The Garlic Farm has been growing garlic for over 50 years, experimenting with a wide variety of cultivars and creating an imaginative range of garlic-infused products, from garlic mayonnaise and chutneys to black garlic beer and even garlic ice cream.
Alongside, the shop stocks a full range of produce from food and drink makers across the island, including milk, butter, and cheeses, flours and grains, honey and jams, gins, ciders, and ales, as well as a selection of natural beauty products. There is also a thoughtfully curated range of gifts, focusing on high-quality goods from local businesses wherever possible, including children’s toys and games, sweets and chocolates, dog toys and treats, and handmade jewellery and homeware.
While you’re there, stop by the restaurant for a bite to eat, where high-quality, garlic-inspired dishes are served using locally sourced island ingredients and the farm’s own home-reared beef and goat.
