Bushblades is a small, 18-acre family-run farm specialising in the rearing of rare-breed British pigs. All of their pigs are raised on grass pastures, free to roam, root and forage as nature intended.
This slow-grown approach results in exceptional dry-cured bacon, delicious handmade sausages, and pork joints with crackling to die for, offering a depth of flavour far superior to that of commercially farmed pork.
The farm shop also stocks grass-fed Aberdeen Angus beef, Jacob lamb and hogget, alongside homemade black pudding, free-range eggs, and honey produced on the farm.
